  • Overall Rating: Reflects how other businesses have rated their performance across all past shifts and shift types.
  • Shift Type Rating: Reflects how other businesses have rated their performance across a specific shift type.
  • Reliability Score: Reflects how reliable other businesses have found this worker.
  • On-Time Streak: Reflects the number of consecutive shifts the worker has shown up on-time for.
  • Open to Full-Time Badge: Indicates whether a worker is open to full-time opportunities or opportunities that could become full-time. 
  • Profile Video: Every worker uploads a brief, 20-second video to introduce themselves and their relevant work experience.
  • Work History: Provides an overview of all shiftNOW businesses the individual has worked shifts with, the shift type worked, and the rating the worker received.
  • Resume: Provides an overview of any relevant work experience the individual has beyond the shiftNOW platform.

How to Hire Employees Through shiftNOW

You’ve found a qualified candidate, worked with them over several shifts, and now, you’ve made the decision to hire them full-time. Congratulations—you’ve experienced how quick, easy, and affordable it is to hire through shiftNOW.

To hire an employee through shiftNOW, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Navigate to the profile of the individual you’d like to hiresome text
    • You can do so by selecting Workforce >Past Shifters > Search the worker by name
  • Once you’ve navigated to the individual’s profile, select Hire this Shifter
  • Before you confirm your hire, a pop up will appear to display whether the worker is eligible to be a free hire or the fee associated with hiring this workersome text
    • If you have utilized your two free hires for the month, you will receive an invoice for the applicable hiring fee
